I swear it’s still a healthy interest!

I think about other things, really I do!  Like… what new and fun material I can stuff this DRAGON with!!!

I whipped up this little guy as part of Husband’s Valentine’s Day gift, but instead of boring old poly-fil, I stuffed him with un-popped popcorn.  Now he’s a super cute, stress relieving bean bag dragon!  Yay!

Fierce.

 

I made up this pattern as I went, and I liked it so much I’m featuring not only the finished toy, but the pattern itself over at A Happy Little Shop!  He’s super soft, easy to make, and not too scary!  Hooray for G-rated dragon friends!

Christmas Recap

It happens every year.  I make tons of fabulous projects, then can’t blog about them because they’re going to be Christmas gifts and I don’t want to spoil the surprise. Instead of showing them one post at a time, I’m going to do an uber-post of this year’s gifts… hope you like it!

So, in case you were keeping track, that’s four scarves (green, yellow, and two not pictured), two snowman ornaments, five owl hats (a few not pictured), six or so oreo cookie ornaments, Hobbes, Chibi Moon, a zillion Christmas washcloth sets, and a Dr. Who scarf of epicness that was actually an Etsy order (doesn’t Husband look thrilled to be my model?).  There were a few other projects – some stone necklaces and such – but I forgot to take pictures of them.  Boo.  I’ll try to remember next time!  Merry Christmas!

Valentine’s Day!

I am the luckiest girl in all the land.  Guess what my gift is this year!

Husband is going to grocery shop, make Valentine’s Day dinner, put the  Valentine’s Day leftovers away, and then clean up the kitchen while I drink Valentine’s Day tea and eat a Valentine’s Day cupcake with sprinkles.  Hooray!  I love sprinkles!

…quite possibly the warmest, fuzziest Warm Fuzzy of all time… Husband gets a gold star!  Hooray!  Happy Happy to all of you, too!  ❤ ❤ ❤
