Free Pattern Friday: Swirly, Twirly Hair Tie

4 Mar

Wanna make this?

Here’s how!

1. With whatever sort of hook you’d like and a yarn with a bit of stretch to it (the stretchier the better, actually), make a chain about 6 inches long.

I'll give you a dollar if you can tell me the last time I combed my hair...

2. In the second chain from the hook, and in each chain thereafter, work 4 double crochets.

3. When you get to the end of your chain, slip stitch to form a ring and FO.

VOILA!

Uhm, and in other news, apparently WordPress now has sponsored tags, because the recommended tags for this post include Kanye West and Eliza Dushku.  Hmmm…

I don’t know. That looks an awful lot like a (dunh, dunh, dunh) scrunchie!

Awesome scrunchie 🙂 You last combed it on Tuesday. I don’t judge you. I only comb mine because I haven’t figured out how to work a giant knot into a ponytail.
