Rabbit Recipe: Raw “Caesar” Dressing

In an effort to improve our diet Husband and I have decided to replace at least 50% of our meals with raw food,

or as my daDdy affectionately refers to it, Rabbit Food.  Each Tuesday I’ll share my latest Rabbit Recipe, along with our raw food successes (and failures).

Raw “Caesar” Salad Dressing

 

You’ll need:

-2 Tbsp Olive Oil

-the juice from one lemon

– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground

-2 Tbsp. Agave

– a pinch of chili powder

– sea salt to taste

 

(sorry about the teeny tiny picture… my dinner was much bigger than this IRL, I promise! I served my salad with split pea soup — not raw, but still DEEEElicious)!
